Portola Redwoods State Park (2006/11/25)

  The Someone is living here. Misty woods. Pescadero Creek. Thistles. They are pretty, in a way.  

  A banana slug, the second-largest slug species in the world. Redwoods are rather tall. We don't call them Strange-looking mushrooms. Another picture of Pescadero Creek ... very quiet and tranquil. Not to mention cold.  

  My first look at the pacific ocean. I thought it would be bigger than this. If you get up late, you get to take lots of pictures of sunsets. The end -- but of what? The end of the world?
